Background
MCX CMAC has the capability and personnel to provide technical assistance, archaeological services, and guidance to facilitate and ensure compliance with federal regulatory mandates pertaining to the inventory, assessment, protection, and preservation of archaeological resources as defined by laws and regulations (e.g., ARPA, NHPA). MCX CMAC staff are broadly qualified and experienced in performing a wide range of field, laboratory, and office-based archaeological functions. Major customers in the Midwest and South have included USACE's Kansas City, Memphis, New Orleans, and Omaha Districts.
