Competitive Salaries -- 2024 Civilian Pay Tables

Flexible Schedules and Paid Holidays -- 11 federal holidays

Annual Leave -- New employees earn nearly 3 weeks (13 days) of annual paid leave. After 3 years of service annual leave increases to 4 weeks (20 days) and after 15 years of service annual leave tops out at over 5 weeks (26 days).

Sick Leave -- Employees earn 13 days of sick leave every year with the ability to carry over to following years.

Medical Insurance -- Employees are eligible to purchase coverage of a number of options to include Preferred Provider Organizations and Health Maintenance Organizations.

Dental & Vision -- Employees are eligible to purchase coverage from Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program.

Flexible Spending Accounts -- Employees have the option to contribute a portion of their salaries on a pre-tax basis to pay for health or dependent care costs.

Long-Term Care Insurance -- Employees are eligible to purchase coverage for themselves and/or eligible family members to provide financial relief should they require lengthy or lifelong
assistance.

Retirement -- Employees are covered under the Federal Employees Retirement System. Employees accrue a retirement benefit of 1% of their annual salary for every year of service.

Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) -- A tax-deferred savings and investment plan with similar savings and tax benefits as 401(k) plans with private corporations. We match your contributions on the first 5% of your pay.

Paid Parental Leave -- Employees can take up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave in connection with the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child when they meet FMLA eligibility requirements.
