  • P-2863

    Expiration date: 3/6/2014

The applicant, President Riverboat Casino – Missouri, Inc., proposes to modify their existing permit authorizing the mooring of a gaming vessel. The original permit authorized the placement of fill material into navigable waters in conjunction with the construction of a mooring facility. The permit previously authorized the placement of mooring barges, service and pedestrian ramps, protection cells, and a land based Porte Cochere. (Protection cell #4 has been removed by a previously authorized General Permit - Nationwide Permit #22.) The existing Porte Cochere, including canopies, lighting, concrete pedestrian ramps, and guard railings will remain. Once the site is vacated, the permittee will transfer the permit, including all previously authorized conditions, to the City of St. Louis.
