Dredge material would be transported across and along the bottom of the Mississippi River in a 12 to 18-inch diameter, ballasted pipeline to its proposed open water disposal site, located at approximate river mile 202.3. The Alton Marina is located at #1 Henry Street, near the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, at approximate river mile 202.4, in the City of Alton, Madison County, Illinois. Open water discharge of dredge material would be placed near the right descending bank of the Mississippi River at approximate river mile 202.3.     The applicant, G'Sell Homes LLC., has applied for a Department of the Army Permit for the project known as Wolf Hollow Estates II Future Phase. The applicant seeks authorization for the placement of fill material into waters of the United States seeks authorization for the placement of fill material into waters of the United States for the development of a 69-lot, single family residential development, including roadway and utilities. Located within the project site is an intermittent tributary. The onsite channel is proposed to be placed in a 60” diameter pipe for 630 feet, for the development of lots. The pipe will then outfall into an in-stream detention basin for approximately 180 linear feet. The total impacts to the onsite stream for piping and construction of the detention basin is 810 linear feet. The project is located south of I-55, north of Wolf Hollow Road and West of Old State Road, in the City of Imperial.     The applicant, Luetkenhaus Properties, Inc., has applied for a Department of the Army Permit for the project known as Village at Lexington II. The applicant seeks authorization to conduct grading and filling operations, over a 53.6-acre property, in waters of the United States to construct a residential subdivision. The plans would include the construction of 131 residential units and include access, roads, parking, green space, and stormwater management facilities. The project proposes to impact 0.41-acres of forested wetland, 350 linear feet of perennial stream, and 992 linear feet of intermittent stream during construction activities. The streams are unnamed tributaries to Dry Branch Creek, which flows into the Cuivre River, a tributary to the Mississippi River. The forested wetlands are abutting the unnamed tributaries. The project area is located west of Highway 61, north of Wentzville, Missouri. The project site address is 1707 Granville Drive, St. Charles County.     The applicant seeks authorization to conduct grading and filling operations within waters of the United States, for the purpose of a residential development. The proposal indicates the development of a residential building complex, associated infrastructure including utilities, interior roadways, stormwater management systems, and amenity features. The proposed project is known as the Arbors at the Highlands and is planned to impact one unnamed tributary (Tributary B) of Grand Glaize Creek, a primary tributary to the Meramec River. Project impacts include the grading and encapsulation of Tributary B, which will result in a total of approximately 983 linear feet of tributary impacts. The proposed project site is on a 19.5-acre tract, which is comprised as a single residence with fallow fields and wooded areas, containing two drainage areas (Tributary A & B). The project would create development ready sites to be marketed to commercial, manufacturing and industrial customers, in an attempt to draw new employers and enterprises to the City of Cape Girardeau. The business park currently contains a distribution facility and a manufacturing facility. The project plans include 3,293 linear feet of impacts to two branches of an unnamed tributary to Williams Creek. The Public Notice comment period opens July 8, 2019 and closes July 22, 2019
