Excavation would only occur on an as needed basis to maintain adequate depths to allow uninterrupted usage of their river terminal. The project area is located in the Northeast ¼ of Section 12, Township 15 North, Range 14 West, at 1673 Growmark Lane, in Naples, Scott County, Illinois. The facility is situated along the left descending bank of the Illinois River at approximate River Mile 66.2. The Public Notice comment period opens on June 16, 2017, and closes on July 5, 2017.

    The purpose of the proposed project is to construct a major shipping service distribution facility that is centrally located. The approximate 110-acre site is the location for the proposed 500,000 square-foot distribution center with associated infrastructure. Approximately 11.59-acres of wetland and open water will be permanently impacted by this project. The applicant proposes to purchase credits from the Rosedale Wetland Mitigation Bank (St. Charles County) to compensate for the unavoidable impacts to wetlands. The site is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Spencer Road and Premier Parkway in St. Peters, Missouri. The proposed project is located within the Lakeside 370 Levee. The notice opens for comment June 6, 2017 and closes June 27, 2017.
