    The purpose of the proposed project is to construct a major shipping service distribution facility that is centrally located. The approximate 110-acre site is the location for the proposed 500,000 square-foot distribution center with associated infrastructure. Approximately 11.59-acres of wetland and open water will be permanently impacted by this project. The applicant proposes to purchase credits from the Rosedale Wetland Mitigation Bank (St. Charles County) to compensate for the unavoidable impacts to wetlands. The site is located in the southeast corner of the intersection of Spencer Road and Premier Parkway in St. Peters, Missouri. The proposed project is located within the Lakeside 370 Levee. The notice opens for comment June 6, 2017 and closes June 27, 2017.

    The applicant, The DESCO Group, seeks authorization to conduct grading and piping operations within waters of the United States to enclose two ephemeral unnamed tributaries, for the purpose of a commercial development for the community of Warrenton, Missouri. Project impacts include the piping enclosure of tributary A & B that bisects the site, consisting of 610 lineal feet of channel (330 (lf) Tributary A & 280(lf) tributary B).     The applicant, Mr. Steven Petroff, in Madison, IL, seeks authorization to conduct excavation, grading and filling operations in waters of the United States. The applicant is proposing the creation of a 14.3 acre lake for public recreation which will impact approximately 12.69 acres of emergent wetland. Applicant proposes to mitigate these impacts on site via the conversion of 2.81 acres of emergent wetland, at a 2:1 ratio, into forested wetland and creating 2.41 acres, at a 31 ratio, of forested wetland. This will generate 12.81 acres of mitigation credit to offset the 12.69 acres of impact.
