WFI-Holdings-B LLC (program sponsor) has notified the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of a change with their business entity. The entity of WFI Holdings-B, LLC has changed its legal name to Naturion West, LLC. All ownership and entity officers and directors have remained the same. This name change shall be reflected within the approved and pending files, as well within our Regulatory In-Lieu Fee Banking Information Tracking System.
