CLASS A CAMPGROUNDS

All campsites at Bo Wood, Coon Creek, Lithia Springs, Lone Point, and Opossum Creek are now available for 100% real-time reservations. Payments are by credit or debit card only; no cash transactions.
Reservations for individual campsites are accepted up to six months in advance. Campsites must be
reserved through an approved method (listed below) prior to setting up on a site. All campers must
check in at the campground fee booth during normal hours of operation.

Group camp reservations must be 2 weeks in advance and no greater than 1 year in advance. Wilborn Creek Group Camp and Lone Point Group Camp are both available for reservation at Lake Shelbyville. When no reservations are listed on recreation.gov, group camps are available for single site first come, first served camping.

Illinois Department of Natural Resources
Reservations are available for IDNR Campgrounds online at https://camp.exploremoreil.com/ or in person at campground fee booths. Campsite reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance and may be made up to 180 days in advance.
