America the Beautiful Passes (Senior, Access, Military, 4th Grade, Volunteer, and Federal Recreation Lands Passes) can now be obtained/purchased at the Carlyle Lake Visitor Center and campgrounds. Golden Age and Access Passports are no longer issued by the Corps. However, a USACE Annual Pass is available for a $40 fee. The pass will be valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase. This pass is valid only at USACE projects for which a day use fee is charged, an Annual Pass is no longer required if you have an America the Beautiful Pass.
Annual Passes for Day Use Fees can now be purchased at the new fee stations! The receipt must be exchanged for a hang tag within 7 days at any Corps of Engineers campground, the Administration Office, or Visitor Center (currently closed for the season) during normal business hours.
Display the receipt in the dash of the vehicle until it is exchanged for the hang tag. The actual receipt, not a photo, is required, so please do not lose it.
The $40 Annual Pass covers Day Use Fees at any of the COE boat ramps and beaches for an entire year.
BOAT RAMPS: A $5.00 per day boat launch fee is charged at the following boat ramps:
- Keyesport
- Dam West
- Dam East
- Coles Creek
- Boulder
PUBLIC BEACHES: A $5.00 per vehicle per day fee is charged the following public beaches:
- Keyesport
- Dam West
- McNair
- Boulder
