ADM Grain Company seeks Section 10 reauthorization to conduct maintenance excavation activities to maintain adequate depths for uninterrupted barge access to their existing St. Louis river terminal. Excavated material would be disposed at an upland site. The project area is located near the right descending bank of the Mississippi River, at approximate river mile 184.0, in St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri. The public notice comment period is from August 11, 2016, through August 31, 2016.
