Mr. John Eilermann has applied for an after-the-fact Department of the Army Permit for the project known as Eilermann Lake. The applicant seeks authorization for the placement of fill material into waters of the
United States, for creation of an approximately 27-acre private lake. The project is located northwest of the City of Cuba, at 5000 Jakes Prairie Road (Route DD). The project area is located in Section 10, Township 39 North, Range 5 West, Crawford County, Missouri. The Public Notice Comment period opens October 24, 2017 and closes on November 13, 2017.
