Flower and Fendler, seeks authorization, under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, to conduct grading and filling activities in an unnamed tributary to Grand Glaize Creek for the construction of a single family home residential subdivision.  Five parcels which currently each support a single family residence, will be re-developed for the construction of the eighteen lot subdivision and associated infrastructure.  The work will include the piping of 490 linear feet of an ephemeral stream channel for the construction of lots, roadways, and the stormwater detention basin.  The proposed single-family residential development will be located along Carman Road approximately 800 feet east of the intersection of Missouri Highway 141 within Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. More specifically, the proposed project occurs in Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, within the Kirkwood Quadrangle in St. Louis County, Missouri.  The Public Notice Comment period opens September 29, 2017 and close October 29, 2017
