The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, along with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Missouri Department of Conservation celebrated the completion of the Ted Shanks Conservation Area Habitat Rehabilitation and Enhancement Project with a ribbon cutting today.
