  • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers & City of Fenton, Mo to hold in-person public meeting for the CAP 205: Meramec River near Fenton, Mo Flood Risk Management Study

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, in coordination with the non-Federal sponsor, the City of Fenton, Missouri is hosting an in-person public meeting which is now postponed until November 2023 (TBD), to present general study information, to share the content of the draft feasibility report, and to gather feedback on the Tentatively Selected Plan.                
  • Rescheduled: Lower Meramec Floodplain Management Plan Public Meeting, Feb. 12

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, and its partners are hosting a series of three public meetings to present the draft findings and recommendations of the Lower Meramec Multi-Jurisdictional Floodplain Management Plan (FMP).  The meeting will include an overview of the FMP including preliminary findings and recommendations.

    ST. LOUIS – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, in partnership with St. Louis, Jefferson and Franklin Counties; Cities of Arnold, Sunset Hills, Fenton, Valley Park, Wildwood, Eureka, Pacific and Union; Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Missouri State Emergency Management Agency, East-West Gateway Council of Governments, and FEMA (Region 7) is hosting three public workshops to provide information and gather public feedback on the Lower Meramec River Multi-Jurisdictional Floodplain Management Plan.
