Mark Twain Lake, October 1, 2015, Monroe City, Missouri – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Mark Twain Lake announce that there will be a brief power outage in the Ray Behrens Recreation Area. The brief power outage is expected between October 1, 2015 and October 9, 2015 as part of the recent construction at the Ray Behrens Recreation Area. The power outage will occur on one day only and is expected to last no longer than four hours.
