Planets and Moons Program to be Held at Mark Twain Lake

August 19, 2015, Mark Twain Lake – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Mark Twain Lake invites everyone to the M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitor Center on August 29, 2015 at 8:30 p.m. for an astronomy program titled “Planets and Moons.”  Dr. Robert Sadler, Professor of Physical Sciences at Culver-Stockton College, will start with a brief program in the Community Room before moving outside to point out various lunar observations.  Visitors are encouraged to bring their own Andriods, iPads or iPhones to learn of some interesting Apps that can be used to assist them in learning about the night sky.
