ROAD WORK ON CLARENCE CANNON DAM

Mark Twain Lake --The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Mark Twain Lake would like the recreating public to be aware that roadwork will be occurring on the Clarence Cannon Dam on Wednesday and Thursday (August 27 & 28).  Chester Bross Construction Company of Hannibal, MO, will be doing milling and overlay work on the portion of Route J that crosses Cannon Dam.  Motorists are cautioned to be alert for workers in the area.  Delays may be expected as this work is performed.  If you need additional information, please contact the Mark Twain Lake Project Office at 573-735-4097 or email us at marktwaininfo@usace.army.mil.
