Life and Death in the Milky Way: Lifecycle of Stars program to be held at Mark Twain Lake

Mark Twain Lake - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Mark Twain Lake invites everyone to the M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitor Center on July 19, 2014 at 8:30pm for an astronomy program titled “Life and Death in the Milky Way: Lifecycle of Stars.”  Robert Sadler, Professor of Physical Sciences at Culver-Stockton College, will start with a brief program in the Community Room before moving outside to point out various lunar observations.  Visitors are encouraged to bring their own Andriods, iPads or iPhones to learn of some interesting Apps that can be used to assist them in learning about the night sky.
