CARLYLE LAKE - The Kaskaskia Watershed Association, Inc (KWA) will hold its Annual Summit on Monday, March 3, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Mariner’s Village Convention Center, 1 Resort Drive, Carlyle, Illinois. This year’s theme “A River Runs Through It,” will focus on the important roles of the Kaskaskia River and the Kaskaskia Watershed.
