Expect Higher Lake Elevation for Mark Twain Lake

Mark Twain Lake, March 17, 2021 – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is expecting higher lake elevations throughout the month of March. Currently, the Mark Twain Lake water elevation is at 609.79, and is expected to crest at 612.40 on March 29, 2021.  This projection does include the forecasted precipitation and the generation schedule. We ask that you stay aware while on the lake, avoid areas you may see with large amounts of debris, and wear a life jacket while on the water.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. During this time, we ask all of our recreation area visitors to follow posted signs in the area.  We greatly appreciate your awareness and cooperation.
