Frank Russell Archery Range ribbon cutting ceremony
St. Louis District Deputy Commander Lt. Col. Ramon Mejia and Todd Shoemate, Mark Twain Lake FOREST Council vice president, cut a ribbon during a ribbon-cutting ceremony, May 31, 2017, for Mark Twain Lake's new archery range. The archery range has an ADA-compliant event target range and a 15-station archery trail. Completion of this range and trail was accomplished with a Handshake Partnership Program Grant, as well as donations of time, materials, and labor.
