Sen. Tammy Duckworth met with St. Louis District Commander Col. Anthony Mitchell when she visited the Melvin Price Locks and Dam in Alton, Ill., today. Col. Mitchell and his team introduced Sen. Duckworth to the various St. Louis District's missions, and provided a tour of the Mel Price Locks and Dam, and the National Great Rivers Museum.
