USACE Deputy Commanding General, Maj. Gen. Richard Stevens visited with Col. Anthony Mitchell, commander of the St. Louis District and the St. Louis District team July 22. During his visit, Maj. Gen. Stevens had lunch with the St. Louis District STEM Team, the recent recipients of the 2014 USACE STEM Outstanding Team Achievement Award; toured the St. Louis District Veterans Curation Program Lab; and toured the Applied River Engineering Center.
