The Kaskaskia Watershed Association, Inc. will hold its 13th Annual Showcase on Friday, September 6, 2013. This year’s, theme “KASKASKIA HAS IT ALL” – River, Recreation, Rail, and Road, will showcase the lower reach of the Kaskaskia River from Fayetteville to the Confluence of the Mississippi River. The purpose of the showcase is to encourage people throughout the watershed, which extends from the headwaters of the Kaskaskia River north of Champaign, IL to the confluence of the Mississippi River, to work together to find common solutions to enhance and improve the watershed.
