The Westborough Country Club seeks authorization to conduct grading and bank stabilization operations in waters of the United States. The applicant is proposing a stream restoration and bank stabilization project along two areas of Gravois Creek. The downstream area is approximately 780 feet long and the upstream area is approximately 150 feet long.
