Curation and Management of Archaeological Collections

The Mandatory Center of Expertise for the Curation and Management of Archaeological Collections (MCX-CMAC) is a group of skilled experts established by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to provide technical assistance in the preservation, storage, and management of archaeological and historical materials and associated documentation. MCX-CMAC also provides recommendations to properly store and house archaeological collections for improved access.
