Construction Branch provides construction management services for the
St. Louis District. Advice and assistance is provided in matters related
to construction contract management, construction engineering management
and construction quality management. Biddability, Constructability,
Operability and Environmental (BCOE) reviews on up-coming construction
work are performed regularly by our staff. We also assist Area Offices
with reviews of safety, quality control and environmental plans for
construction contracts. Our office serves as the focal point for managing
Support For Others programs and we actively market to provide
construction management services for others. Other important tasks entail
managing the financial budget for the branch, providing in-house
training, and Contractor Quality Control Management Training for
Contractors.
