Plans are underway to convert all Department of Defense agencies over to a centralized contracting system. However, development is still in progress.
In order to have the capability to contract with the St. Louis District you must be registered on the CCR,
ORCA, and a completed Vendor Entry Form sent to the following address:
OBTAINING FEDERAL SUPPLY CODES (FSCs):
before filling out the Vendor Entry Form click on the FSC group below that pertains to you and select your Federal Supply Codes (you are allowed up to 12 on the Vendor Entry form).
