Pursuant to the Code of Federal Regulations 33 CFR 325.1(a) (8), notice is hereby given of decisions reached during the period of
September 1, 2011, through September 30, 2011, by the St. Louis District, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, on applications for permits
under Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
PLEASE NOTE: There were no Individual Section 10 or Section 404 permits issued by the St. Louis District Regulatory Branch during the month of September 2011. Also, there we no notices of violations or cease and desist orders issued during this time frame.
