Known as the "Father of Waters", the Mississippi River drains 32 US States and 2 Canadian provinces. Near St. Louis, Missouri, the US Army Corps of Engineers Rivers Project manages 300 miles of the Mississippi from Cairo, IL to Saverton, MO and the lower 80 miles of the Illinois River covering nearly 100,000 acres of land and water. Come visit us and explore all that we have to offer.
