P-3074 - 1/10/2018: WATCO Companies, LLC., seeks authorization, under Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, to relocate a barge, upgrade an access walkway and liquids lines leading to their existing Cahokia Marine terminal liquids dock along the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, river mile 178.2 in Sauget, St. Clair County, Illinois. Written comments must be submitted by replying by electronic mail or written mail to the addresses shown in the signature block, below. The Public Notice comment period opens on January 10, 2018, and closes on January 31, 2018.

P-3073 - 1/10/2018: America's Central Port District proposes to conduct periodic maintenance dredging to remove up to 100,000 cubic yards of accumulated silt from their Madison Harbor with associated open river disposal. The harbor is located along the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, at approximate River Mile 183.5, in Madison, Madison County, Illinois. The public notice comment period opens on January 10, 2018, and closes on January 31, 2018.

P-3072 - 12/28/2017: The applicant, Payne Family Homes, wishes to develop an approximate 184-acre tract into a mixed use commercial and residential property. Approximately 6,980 linear feet of five tributaries to O-Day Creek will be permanently impacted for this proposed development. The site is located north and south of Highway DD and east of Highway 40 in O'Fallon, Missouri. The public notice comment period opens December 29, 2017 and closes January 19, 2018.

GP44 Draft - 12/20/2017: In accordance with Title 33 CFR 325.2 and 325.7(e), as published in the November 13, 1986 Federal Register, the St. Louis District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers proposes to issue Regional General Permit 44 Missouri, which would authorize the discharge of fill material into existing improved storm water channels or basins, previously constructed in or considered Waters of the U.S. The projects must be considered maintenance or replacement necessary to maintain functionality and the integrity of Public Stormwater, Sanitary, and Combined Sewer Systems. This general permit does not authorize new stormwater projects built in natural streams or wetland areas.

P-3071 - 12/15/2017: The applicant wishes to expand an existing pond from 4 to 7 acres in size. The project is located in Defiance, St. Charles County north off of Highway F. Specifically, in Section 13, Township 45 North, and Range 1 East, Missouri. The tributaries flow to Femme Osage Creek, a primary tributary to the Missouri River. The public notice comment period opens December 15, 2017 and closes January 4, 2017.
