REND LAKE - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Rend Lake invites you to join us this Saturday, August 30th at the Rend Lake Visitor Center, located on the west side of the main dam, for the final Environmental Science Series Program of the 2014 season. The very popular, Serengeti Steve, will wrap up our season by presenting The Reptile Experience. Serengeti Steve was featured on the hit TV show “America’s Got Talent” in 2012. Steve has a unique way of keeping his audience up close and personally involved in the program, while educating about the animals he raises. Two programs will be presented the first begins at 11:00 a.m. and the second at 2:00 p.m. Join us as snakes, lizards, scorpions, and much more will be a part of your “reptile experience.”
