Mark Twain Lake, March 27, 2018, Monroe City, Missouri - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Mark Twain Lake announces the temporary closure of campsites 26 - 39 in the Ray Behrens Campground due to an ongoing campsite improvement project. Weather pending, the campsites will reopen for public use by May 2018. Campsite improvements include the addition of 8 new full hookup campsites (water, sewer, 50 amp electric) and 2 new campsite impact areas.
