  • Pannier takes command of St. Louis District Corps of Engineers

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis District welcomed a new commanding officer during a Change of Command ceremony today. Col. Andy J. Pannier succeeded Col. Kevin R. Golinghorst as District Commander in the Change of Command ceremony. Brig. Gen. Kimberly A. Peeples, commander of the Corp of Engineers’ Mississippi Valley Division and president of the Mississippi River Commission, presided over the event.

  • Change of Command for Mississippi Valley Division

    Maj. Gen. R. Mark Toy will transfer command of the Mississippi Valley Division (MVD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), to Maj. Gen. Diana M. Holland in a formal change of command ceremony June 30 at 10 a.m. at MVD headquarters. Due to the current conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event will not be open to the public, but will be live streamed on Facebook @mississippivalleydivision.

  • Change of Command for Mississippi Valley Division

    Maj. Gen. Richard G. Kaiser will transfer command of the Mississippi Valley Division (MVD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), to Maj. Gen. R. Mark Toy in a formal change of command ceremony, July 23, 2019, at 10 a.m. in the Vicksburg Convention Center, Vicksburg, Mississippi. Lt. Gen. Todd T. Semonite, USACE 54th Chief of Engineers and Commanding General, will officiate the ceremony.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis District welcomed a new commanding officer during a Change of Command ceremony today at the St. Louis City Center Hotel. Col. Bryan K. Sizemore succeeded Col. Anthony P. Mitchell as District Engineer in the Change of Command ceremony, Maj. Gen. Michael C. Wehr, commander of the Corps’ Mississippi Valley Division and President of the Mississippi River Commission, presided over the event.
