Mark Twain Lake October 5, 2015, Monroe City, Missouri – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Mark Twain Lake announces that a brief power outage will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. The power outage is expected to last no longer than four (4) hours and will only affect the Ray Behrens Recreation Area and Blackjack Marina.
