Storyteller Larry Brown Shares "Tricksters, Trailblazers, and Teachers: Missouri Historical Heroes"

Mark Twain Lake, Monroe City, Missouri—On August 2nd 2015 Larry Brown will share two sets of different stories, one at 1:30 and the other at 2:30 p.m. at the M.W. Boudreaux Memorial Visitor Center.  Larry will tell some Ozark Jack Tales, and include stories about such Missouri figures as Albert Koch (the Missouri Leviathon), Pomp (of Lewis and Clark fame), Alexander Doniphan, Mother Jones, and John Joseph Hogan (the Irish Wilderness).
