The Emergency Operation Center is open from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. Jerry Costello Lock and Dam is closed due to high water. Flood fight teams have been deployed and are monitoring, providing technical assistance to levee districts and ensuring supplies such as sand bags, pumps, and plastic sheeting are available if needed. If you are in need of sandbags and other flood fight materials, please request assistance through your local emergency managers or through the state Emergency Operation Center. All requests for Corps supplies should be called in to the St. Louis District EOC at 314-331-8506 to coordinate pickup at our warehouse.
